Features of the oblique insertion filter cartridge dust collector:

1. It adopts the advanced sinking flow layout and the oblique installation structure of the filter cartridge, so the dust collector has a good synchronous cleaning effect during the working process;

2. A dust shield is set at the inlet of the dust collector, which has the function of buffering and wear resistance, and prevents dust from directly impacting the filter cartridge at high speed, thereby extending the service life of the filter cartridge;

3. The filter cartridge is installed in a drawer-style with a 15° tilt, which makes it easier to remove and replace the filter cartridge, and there is no transmission component in the dust collector body, so its maintenance work is minimized. For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used for a long time without replacement, eliminating the tedious work of frequent replacement of filter bags in common bag-type dust collectors and saving a lot of maintenance costs;

4. Modular combination, the size can be selected at will;

5. The original combination can be expanded and dust removal units can be added without making major changes to the original equipment. The top row of filter cartridges will first be pulsed backwashed, and then the controller will select the bottom row for repeated pulse backwashing. After that, the controller will continue to select other filter cartridges for pulse backwashing operations in sequence.
