Purification principle of horizontal plug-in filter cartridge dust collector:

The dust-laden airflow enters the dust collector from the side inlet or top inlet, and the dust is "intercepted" and gathered by the surface of the filter cartridge. The purified airflow flows out from the center of the filter cartridge to achieve the purpose of purification. To clean the filter cartridge, a strong airflow is generated by compressed air (0.6-0.7mpa) and released to the center of the filter cartridge through the electromagnetic valve. Like a vibration wave, the dust gathered on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is vibrated and blown down and falls into the ash hopper below. To ensure the normal and continuous movement of the filter cartridge dust collector, the PLC control system performs backblowing according to the set program.
