When the dust layer on the filter cartridge surface of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector is thick, the pulse controller issues a command and opens the injection valve, the compressed air in the air bag is ejected at high speed through the injection pipe, and at the same time induces the surrounding air several times the injection volume to enter the filter cartridge, and quickly ejects from the inside to the outside, blowing the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge into the dust collecting chamber, and finally discharged from the ash hopper. The dust collector is cleaned by pulse injection, which not only achieves thorough cleaning, but also does not damage the filter cartridge, making the filter cartridge of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector have a longer service life. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller without human control, and the pulse filter cartridge dust collector can be controlled by pressure difference control or time interval.
